Quý khách vui lòng gởi file góc qua Zalo, skype hoặc Email để chúng tôi tiện theo dõi đơn hàng. Sau khi chúng tôi nhận được file thiết kế của quý khách công ty chúng tôi sẽ gởi qua Zalo, Skype, Email hoặc gọi lại xác nhận đơn hàng, để chốt đơn đặt hàng và tạm ứng tiền cọc theo quy định của công ty.
Quý khách chưa có file thiết kế công ty chúng tôi sẽ tư vấn miễn phí. Sau đó thiết kế theo mẫu giá của công ty, nếu quý khách có yêu cầu thiết kế riêng. Công ty chúng tôi cam kết thiết kế tạo mẫu cho đến khi nào quý khách hài lòng.
I. Các yêu cầu liên quan đến pháp lý:1
- Quý khách cung cấp đầy đủ thông tin doanh nghiệp hoặc cá nhân (CCCD, giấy tờ liên quan). (Chính sách bảo mật thông tin)
- Cung cấp bản photo giấy đăng ký nhãn hiệu cần in ấn lên bao bì. Nếu quý khách chưa có đăng ký nhãn hiệu vui lòng đăng ký trước khi in ấn. Đảm bảo tránh vấn đề tranh chấp về nhãn hiệu.
- Sản phẩm phải in nhãn hiệu, thành phần, hướng dẫn sử dụng, cảnh báo an toàn, số công bố, số ATVSTP, chứng nhận liên quan đến sản phẩm. Ngoài ra phải ghi đầy đủ thông tin của nơi sản xuất, để tránh vấn đề sử dụng sản phẩm không đúng mục đích của nhà sản xuất khuyến cáo.
- Công ty không nhận in ấn bản đồ Việt Nam thiếu Hoàng Sa, Trường Sa.
- Không nhận in sản phẩm liên quan đến việc đựng sản phẩm cấm, nằm trong danh mục nhà nước cấm lưu hành.
II. Thông số kỹ thuật:
II.1- Đối với bao bì:
1. In offset độ đậm, chuẩn, nhạt (3 tone màu) màu sắc so với mẫu duyệt tại nhà in: tỷ lệ chênh lệch màu sắc 10-15%.
2. Kích thước tỉ lệ lệch +/- 2mm.
3. Đường hàn dán +/- 2mm
4. Độ dày chất liệu +/- 5mic.
5. Chênh lệch số lượng tỉ lệ +/-5-10%. Tùy vào số lượng đặt hàng.
6. Bảo quản:
– Nhiệt độ bảo quản bao bì 180C-370C.
– Tránh ánh nắng trực tiếp.
– Tránh nơi ẩm ướt.
II.2- Đối với ấn phẩm khác:
1. In offset độ đậm, chuẩn, nhạt (3 tone màu) màu sắc so với mẫu duyệt tại nhà in: tỷ lệ chênh lệch màu sắc 10-15%.
2. Kích thước tỉ lệ lệch: +/- 2mm.
3. Độ dày chất liệu +/- 5mic.
4. Chênh lệch số lượng tỉ lệ +/-5-10%. Tùy vào số lượng đặt hàng.
6. Bảo quản:
– Nhiệt độ bảo quản bao bì 180C-370C.
– Tránh ánh nắng trực tiếp.
– Tránh nơi ẩm ướt.
* Lưu ý:
1. Chúng tôi làm mẫu in digital miễn phí cho quý khách. Quý khách lưu ý chỉ để duyệt nội dung, chất liệu và kích thước sản phẩm, không duyệt màu (Quý khách có thể chọn màu mà chúng tôi đã in trước đó hoặc chọn trên Pantone trước khi sản xuất để tránh phát sinh chi phí)
2. Sản phẩm chúng tôi cung cấp độc quyền, chúng tôi bảo mật tuyệt đối thông tin khách hàng, Xin quý khách vui lòng không đòi hỏi mẫu của khách hàng cũ bên công ty chúng tôi.
3. Chúng tôi không cung cấp file thiết kế gốc dưới mọi hình thức, Quý khách có nhu cầu chỉnh sửa công ty chúng tôi sẽ hỗ trợ chỉnh sửa miễn phí và tận tâm.
4. Quý khách yêu cầu lưu giữ file thiết kế, chúng tôi sẽ tính 5tr/trên 1 mẫu thiết kế
5. Trường hợp phát sinh phí do khách hàng yêu cầu làm mẫu đặc biệt (in vỗ bài) sẽ báo giá riêng theo yêu cầu.
6. Trong quá trình in ấn nếu có phát sinh rớt bài từ bên làm sai thì chi phí rớt bài in sẽ được tính cho bên sai.
